the manufacturing of palm oil, soap, margarine and owns ships tankers,
a grain terminal and bulk tank terminal.

RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Job Duties

*
Develop Recruitment process and tools to manage impression of
the candidates
*
Manage manpower retention and attract candidates to join the
company organization team with competitive compensation and career
path
*
Manage administrative aspect such as monthly and weekly structure report

Qualification

*
Male, Max 35 Years old
*
Bachelor of Psychology
*
Minimum 4 Years experiences in the same position
*
Strong Knowledge of various psychology assessment tools
(administrating, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing
method
*
Good English communication skill both in oral and written
*
Computer literate and its related software
*
Strong Personal skill in planning and organizing
*
Willing to work in Medan
