OPERATIONS MANAGER BRANCHES (SURABAYA, MEDAN) Post Date: 25 May 09

Requirements :

*
Male, aged between 30 - 40 years old
*
Bachelor or Diploma Degree with at least 2 years experience in
similar position. Preference will be given to those who have
experience in hotels background.
*
The incumbent must be able to deploy; make report and
presentation about deployment.
*
Maintain relationship with external incharge.
*
Able work in a team and coordinate with superior.
*
Have skill and knowledge in Basic Security and Emergency
Response Procedure
*
Strong leadership qualities, a self starter with excellent
interpersonal and analytical skill
*
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,
including conducting Business Presentation
*
Willing to work long hours and in a high pressure working
environment. Able to work independently.
*
Ready to be placed on Surabaya and Medan Branches
