Currently we are looking for this following position:

HRD & Public Relation Manager Post Date: 07 May 09

Duties and Responsibilities:

* To act as public relation of the school
* Act as parents liaison, handling parents complaint
* Responsible for all HRD related problems
* Act as legal person in connection with government or institution
related matters
* Support the work of all group associated with the School and
actively participate in appropriate School's activities
* Participate actively in relevant professional development activities
* Responsible directly to the school's Director and become the
right hand person of the Director to implement all Director's idea &
programs

Qualifications:

* Male 35 - 45 years old
* Bachelor Degree in LAW
* Achievement as a successful HRD manager is essential with
minimum experience of 3 (three) years in HRD (preferable as HRD in
International school)
* Experience in legal matters & employment dispute
* Fully understanding in labor law and contract workers
* Pleasant personality and can act as public relation to the
internal employees or outside parties
* Strong communication skills
* Speak English fluently is a must
* Preferable can speak mandarin
* Intellectual strength, professional integrity, strong values,
and good personality
* A dynamic person, a strong people person, energetic and self motivated
* Must be able to work with target & deadline pressure with
flexible working hour
