TRAINING SPECIALIST-HOSPITALITY     Post Date: 29 Jun 09

Responsibilities:

    *
      Prepare and create soft skill training for employees
    *
      To evaluate training result according to performance and employees attitude
    *
      Modified module according to current and future company business
    *
      Prepare training plan (internal & external trainee) for all employee base on departments required

 

Qualification:

    *
       Male max 38 years old
    *
       S1 Degree from management  education back ground
    *
       Minimum 5 years experiences  in same position, specifically in star hotel
    *
       Computer literate and its related Design software.
    *
      Good communication and English language skill
