Job Description :

Your role will be to develop the call center business for Teleperformance in Indonesia.  In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

    *
      Identification and development of strategic call center business opportunities, follow through with presentations, contract negotiations and signing of significant profitable new contracts to expand the business of Teleperformance in and across Indonesia
    *
      Plan and execute marketing and market development activities within approved budgets and agreed KPIs and expected results.

To be considered for this challenging role, the criteria include:

    *
      Male / Female max 40 years old
    *
      Minimum university degree (S1), from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.0)
    *
      Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in service industry company (preferably banking, insurance, telecommunication, hotels)
    *
      Proven sales & marketing track record
    *
      Fluently in English is a must (both Oral & Written)
    *
      Able to work alone or in a team with minimum supervision
    *
      Effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills
    *
      Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people from all levels professionally
    *
      Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
    *
      Energetic, highly motivated, results oriented
    *
      Independent self starter with great initiative and strong determination to succeed
