PROJECT MANAGER-LAKE RANAU Post Date: 12 Jun 09
Job Description :-

Phillips Seafood will operate a pilot scale tilapia cage aquaculture
project in Lake Ranau, Sumatra in cooperation with Dinas Perikanan.
The Project Manager will be responsible for all operations including
financial administration, collaboration with DP, and purchasing of all
supplies and equipment. Upon successful completion of the one year
pilot project there may be an opportunity to expand the project to a
commercial level.

* Work with the Director to define the project's goals, timeline,
operations and budget.

* Secure necessary equipment, supplies and labor as required

* Manage day to day operations and staff

* Create daily, weekly, and monthly work plans

* Identify suppliers and procure adequate quantities of quality fingerlings

* Monitor fish health and implement corrective or preventative
measures as required

* Work with Director to design data collection systems and reporting formats

* Provide management with timely and accurate reports

* Assist in the identification of markets and arranging sales

* Ensure equipment and machinery is maintained

* Evaluate project efficacy and suggest project improvements

* Assist the Director with other aquaculture activities as required


This person must possess the following :-

* Holds Bachelor's Degree in Marine & Fishery.

* Minimum 5 years experience in tilapia cage culture

* Must be self motivated, able to seek out and identify problems
and resolve them, following up findings with management until fully
resolved.

* Strong leadership, problem solving, accurate, analytical
thinking, have good communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-driven, results-oriented person with a positive outlook and
a focus on product quality and the company's bottom line

* A forward planner who critically assesses his own performance
and overall project viability; ability to prioritize tasks

* Ability to manage workers with varied skill levels and personalities

* Proficient in English

* Boat handling experience

* Able to compile reports using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Recognize the need to communicate both project progress and
project deficiencies to Director

* Must be willing to relocate to Lake Ranau, Sumatra

Bertanggung jawab atas Sales/Penjualan Tugas – tugas BM dalam sales adalah :

Membuat sales target & sales planning serta mendistribusikan

Tanggung jawab atas Gudang

Tugas – tugas dalam meningkatkan kinerja gudang :

Mengarahkan kepala gudang tentang apa saja yang harus di kontrol
dan dijaga.
*
Mengatur sistem pengiriman & sistem penyimpanan di gudang.
*
Mengontrol tingkat keamanan stock yang tersimpan di gudang.

BM harus dapat menganalisa apa saja yang menjadi problem untuk
meningkatkan kinerja cabang, dan harus dapat memberikan solusi yang
tepat. BM harus dapat menunjukkan peningkatan performa cabang pada
meeting nasional.


Persyaratan Minimum:

D3 – segala jurusan.

Mempunyai pengalaman managerial 2 Tahun di Sales & Marketing.

Menguasai MS Office.
